27.01.2014. Class Practice: Utkatasana (Chair pose or Lighting Bolt pose)

This pose is great for anyone from beginners to advanced students. It works to strengthen buttock and thigh muscles. Proper alignment, as is described in the video, deepens the pose and the muscle use.
