16.12.2013. Anjaneyasana (Low Lunge)

This pose is an intense stretch for the front of the hip. Very important: sink into the hips. If you stay in a kneeling position, you’ll feel that you’re putting too much weight on the knee cap. Use props like a chair or yoga blocks to ease into the pose. This is a great pose to do after doing something very athletic like running or biking.
