11.03.2014. Class Practice: Urdhva Dhanurasana (Upward Bow pose)

This back bend is often called otherwise as bridge (in gymnastics) or wheel pose (in yoga). The literal translation is Upward Bow pose. It’s a great deep back bend for opening the chest. Be sure to focus the main part of the back bend in the upper chest.
