09.12.2013. Variation on Viparita Karani (Legs-up-the-wall pose)

This pose is great any time of day. It’s a restorative inversion and trust me, you’ll feel great when you let yourself relax in this pose for 7-10 minutes. Set the mood and light some candles, dim the lights, and play relaxing music. Shut off the cell phone (although perhaps set a very quiet alarm in case you fall asleep!)
